Philippa joined Shawbrook Bank in July 2018 as Senior Manager, Business Implementation.

She then progressed to Head of Product, Origination, a position she held for 2 years before stepping into her current role which Philippa started in May 2022.

Prior to Shawbrook, Philippa worked at Capco and RBS.
