Paul Jennings is Principal of ANSENresearch, a consultancy focusing on opportunities stemming from Servitization, Net Zero and Hydrogen.

He is a Visiting Professor at Aston University, Birmingham, UK, and Chairs the Advisory Board of their Advanced Services Group/Economic & Social Research Council (ESRC) Servitization Project.

He is an Honorary Fellow of the London Institute of Banking & Finance, and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.Paul won their Sir Henry Fildes national award in 2007.

He was listed in Leasing Life’s ‘Power 50 - most influential people in asset finance'. In 2022, after 10 years as CEO and over 40 years’ service, Paul retired from JCB Finance Ltd*, one of the UK’s leading sales-aid finance companies.

At the same time Paul also retired as a Board Director of the Finance and Leasing Association, based in London having previously chaired their Asset Finance Division Management Committee.

Paul was delighted to be awarded Asset Finance Connect’s Life Time Achievement Award in 2022.
