Kerry Howells is CEO of Tower Leasing and has over 30 years of experience in the finance industry. Having joined the business in the sales team in 1996, she progressed through the organisation and was appointed CEO in 2012.

Kerry has played a central role in Tower’s growth and development over the past three decades, leading the business through a period of significant expansion and helping to establish its position as a leading funder in the asset finance sector. Her journey through the business has given her a deep understanding of the market, the evolving needs of customers, and the role finance plays in supporting business growth.

Working closely with vendors and partners across a range of sectors, Kerry has a clear view of the challenges and opportunities facing SMEs, as well as a practical perspective on how lenders can better support smaller businesses and improve access to finance.
