I’m a senior change and operations leader with 20+ years’ experience in Business Finance, currently Head of Change Delivery at Novuna Business Finance, part of Mitsubishi HC Capital UK PLC. I lead systems, digital, and stocking finance operations, overseeing core platforms and a multi-million-pound investment portfolio to enable business evolution.

I specialise in turning strategy into execution. Aligning technology, products, and teams to deliver real customer and commercial outcomes. I’ve led major system implementations and migrations, built digital products from scratch, and moved business operations into the cloud.
