After 30 years in motor finance and leasing, Spencer is currently Managing Director for the Bank of Ireland’s motor finance and leasing division, which includes Northridge Finance, and the fleet and leasing services company, Marshall Leasing. He joined the Bank in January 2024 after nearly 18 years with the BMW Group in various leadership roles including most recently, CCO of Alphabet and the CSO of ALPHERA Financial Services.
