I have over 20 years of management experience in automotive financial services all within the Volvo Group. Starting as a temporary admin resource I soon automated all daily tasks and became a full time member of the business control function. From here I became the leader for a small IT team before moving away from pure IT in 2007. Reshaping the administration functions of the business by bringing all of the small teams together, I built a high performing and multi discipline Operations function. In 2009 I led a team in bringing this model to Ireland, Netherlands and Belgium while also leading the project for a complete system harmonisation.

Later on I moved into Process &IT for the EMEA region and holding multiple senior management positions leading diverse portfolios and teams around the world as part of the regional leadership team Most recently I was the Director of Digital & IT for Regions North Central Europe, South West Europe, Africa and Australia. I inspired a team of people located in eleven different countries to deliver exceptional performance, legacy modernisation and full scale digital transformation. As a member of the senior leadership team for two regions I drove the digital journey while helping to shape the success of the overall financial services business in all countries along with the group as a whole.

My focus for the future is to lead key business functions and setting - then delivering - the strategy for growth and development. Leadership and mentoring is what I enjoy most, seeing my team and the company succeed. All this as part of a dynamic, open and transparent leadership team in a great company culture which work in harmony to deliver a performing and transforming business
