Reilly is a Corporate Sales Associate within Cynergy Business Finance and has been in role for 2 and a half years and at Cynergy for 4 and a half years.

He initially came to Cynergy on work experience having left college with little knowledge on where he wanted his career to go. Reilly enjoyed his initial period and eventually was offered a permanent role within the business, which was on an apprenticeship scheme.

After 2 years, Reilly completed his apprenticeship and became an associate member of the chartered banker institute, with a degree level qualification in commercial lending, He has also completed two UK Finance courses. When he completed his apprenticeship, Reilly secured a promotion into Cynergy's sales team.

Today Reilly continues studying, Cynergy have sponsored him to study an ACA to better his knowledge in the accounting space.
