With a career spanning more than three decades, Andrew has built extensive experience in financial services including roles across leading institutions such as Lombard, First National, Barclays, and BNP Paribas. Throughout this time, they have developed deep expertise in both the motor and retail sectors within consumer finance, gaining a broad and well-rounded industry perspective at Board level.

Outside of work, Andrew is based in Dorset, where family life is central, raising three children. In their downtime, they are a committed supporter of Watford FC.
