Niv has extensive commercial banking experience. At Allica, she runs the lending and operations areas for the bank. As part of this, she is responsible for lending product development, including all the efforts on agentic lending.

Prior to this, she has held senior roles at Previse, TSB, Oaknorth, HSBC and Barclays.
