Lauren joined Aldermore in June 2024 from the Green Finance Institute. Prior to this, Lauren worked for Lloyds Banking Group where she was responsible for leading the sustainability agenda for their motor finance and leasing division.

She comes with a wealth of experience in the sector having worked in corporate finance for over 20 years.
