One graduation and relocation from Northern Ireland to England later, Lauren began her career at Metro Bank in 2016 in the banking hall. She later joined the Asset Finance Department in 2017 as part of the Proposal Team.

Her path has taken her through various roles within the department, leading to her current role as Business Development Director. She thoroughly enjoys the diversity of the role and having the opportunity to support businesses with their proposition.

In addition to her job role, she is an ambassador for the NextGeneration Network, working with The Leasing Foundation to bring together young professionals within the Finance Industry.
