Graham has worked at Novuna Business Finance since 2013 starting as Head of Operations when it was branded as Hitachi Capital.

He has been their Head of Innovation and Delivery since 2019.

Prior to this, he spent 6 years at ING Lease in sales and customer service roles, both as senior manager.
