Inayah is an Associate within the Financial Services team at Shoosmiths, based in their Birmingham office.

Inayah has a wealth of experience advising clients on queries related to both regulated and unregulated asset finance, with a particular focus on wholesale and retail motor finance, consumer finance and financial services regulation. Inayah qualified with Shoosmiths in September 2021 and has experience working in-house at Volkswagen Group United Kingdom Limited, where she completed a 6-month secondment.

Inayah is passionate about diversity and inclusion and is a founding member of the Embrace Network at Shoosmiths, which is an employee network focused on celebrating and encouraging cultural diversity within Shoosmiths.

As a young professional within the asset finance industry, Inayah has first hand experience of some of the challenges of the industry and is passionate about helping to break down barriers and sharing her experiences with others.
