Nina previously worked at Lombard for 16 years where she carried out a range of leadership roles from branch to credit to sales.

Nina is passionate about making a difference and creating an inclusive culture where everyone is able to bring themselves to work.

Outside of work, she enjoys socialising, meeting friends and family and keeping fit.
