Stuart is a member of Lombard’s senior management team, with responsibility for Lombard’s climate strategy and additionally, the leadership of their Climate Transition team.

Stuart has been sponsoring Lombard’s climate strategy since 2021, during which time he has overseen the development of a Climate Transition Plan, mapping of Lombard’s portfolio emissions for the first time and building a multi-year climate transition roadmap. This includes launching Lombard’s Green Asset Finance proposition in 2022 and also the development of a variety of strategic partnerships to help decarbonise transport and support investment in emerging renewable technology.

An experienced Asset Financier, Stuart has previously led large scale specialist, multi-franchise teams across the UK and currently sits on the FLA’s Asset Finance Division Manco, whilst previously completing a 2 year chair of the FLA’s Green Energy Forum
