Before joining Shoosmiths, Wayne spent the majority of his career working in-house in senior roles, across a range of finance providers (including Volkswagen Financial Services, RBS, Santander Consumer).

He has a particular specialism within consumer finance, focussed on the auto and asset finance markets.

Wayne has been responsible for the delivery of a wide range of large scale regulatory and strategic change programmes, which he now continues in his role at Shoosmiths.
