Michal is the founder of Gralio, an AI platform that identifies inefficiencies and automation opportunities by analyzing real work as it happens. Before starting Gralio, he led automation and transformation projects across fintech, SaaS, and consulting. At Bain & Company, he worked on large-scale operational transformations. Later in London and New York, he drove automation initiatives at high-growth startups such as ComplyAdvantage.

Just before Gralio, Michal was a Product Manager at Lendable, a unicorn fintech. Michal holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics. Outside work, he’s often in the mountains—hiking or ski touring—and, more recently, on a tennis court.
