I have 20+ years' experience working in customer-facing roles for software vendors in the Receivables Finance industry.

I spent 18 years at Riskfactor, initially as Support and Implementation Team leader, and latterly as Head of Product. I subsequently moved to Dancerace (also as Head of Product) two and a half years ago. Throughout my career, I’ve been focused on helping lenders optimise their use of software and technology to deliver maximum value to their businesses, and to improve the client (borrower) experience.

My current role involves listening to our customers and the broader receivables finance market to understand the problems and challenges faced by our industry, and then helping shape the Dancerace product roadmap to deliver solutions to those problems.
