Ricky is the Operations Director at MAF Finance Group, (previously Midlands Asset Finance). He joined in 2016 as a Relationship Manager, having previously held roles in investment analysis and accountancy.

During his time at MAF Finance Group, Ricky has worked on several key projects, most notably developing Asset Finance Compared, the group’s asset finance comparison platform. Ricky was educated at Nottingham Business School, then King’s College, (London). He recently completed an MA in Business Finance Innovation at Falmouth University, delivered in association with The Leasing Foundation.

He was listed on the inaugural Leasing Foundation 30 under 30 list and continues to be an ambassador for The Leasing Foundation.
