Isabel Mokva is Head of UK & Ireland Digital & IT at Volvo Financial Services, the Volvo Group’s captive finance provider, serving customers of Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks and LCV, Volvo Construction Equipment and Volvo Buses. She is responsible for the company’s technology landscape and roadmap.

She came up through banking in Latin America, modernising financial services at HSBC, Bradesco and Banco Volvo, and has headed digital projects across the region. Working within a global group, she weighs each technology decision against both local needs and global platforms.
