Joined Bibby Financial Services Ltd as a Graduate Trainee in 1995 and progressed through the organization in Sales and Operational leadership roles before being appointed as UK CEO in 2007.

Spent 5 years in the wider Bibby Line Group as CEO of the Ship Management business delivering a turnaround and sale to the private equity backed market leader in 2016. Joined Time Finance (then 1pm plc) in 2017 in conjunction with the acquisitions of Positive Cashflow Finance Ltd and Gener8 Finance Ltd and led the newly formed Commercial Finance division before being appointed as COO.

Appointed CEO in June 2021; created and successfully delivered a 4-year strategic plan culminating in agreement in August 2026 to sell the business to Bentley Park (UK) Ltd, the holding company of Ultimate Finance Group.
