Jason joined STAR Asset Finance with extensive experience across asset finance, SME lending, banking and financial technology.

He was most recently Sales Director for Europe at NETSOL Technologies, where he led sales strategy and growth across the European region.

Before that, Jason spent nearly six years with Aldermore Bank, leading strategy, growth and transformation across SME lending, with a particular focus on asset finance.

Prior to that he spent five years with Close Brothers Asset Finance, where he led sales transformation programmes, strategic relationship development and long-term growth initiatives. Earlier in his career, Jason worked in investment banking at UBS and has also founded and led his own business as entrepreneur, giving him a strong understanding of both lender and customer perspectives.
