I have worked in the UK finance and banking sectors for over 16 years, starting out in Retail Banking at Bank of Scotland, before moving into Asset Finance within Lloyds Banking Group in 2014. In my time in LBG's AF division, I worked across Broker Support and Assistant RM roles, before becoming a Broker Manager in 2017, and on to an AF RM position in 2018.

Leaving LBG in 2021, I joined Propel as a Partnership Manager, before moving back into the world of Broker in early 2022. I then joined Oxbury Bank at the beginning of their launch into Asset Finance in 2023, helping Head of Asset Finance, Robert McLagan, shape and grow the business into what it is today. During this time, I played a pivotal role in the Sales and Product direction of Oxbury Bank, leading the Sales side and managing the Internal Sales and Sales Support functions a well as overseeing my own Broker panel, and running the Corporate Direct AF function.

I joined Rural Finance as Commercial Director (North) in September 2026 after three and a half years with Oxbury, to help Rural on their next phase of growth in the UK Asset Finance and Commercial broking market. Working alongside the fantastic Helen Gaines, and with strong leadership from Mike Latham and Andrew Glover, we are on a strategic growth journey with our business, alongside the technology launch of our Proposal and CRM system, Zinia.
