Helen joined Rural Finance four and a half years ago to lead its head office function in Wrexham, support the growth of its appointed representative network, review and strengthen its broker digital systems, policies, and operational processes.

Drawing on her experience at a large international bank, Helen understands what it takes to build a brokerage that funders respect, trust, and actively want to support as it grow as well as implementing digital tools to enable brokers to focus on building their successful businesses.
