Jen Shelley is Head of Business Readiness at Northridge Finance and leads the firm's Motor Finance Commission Programme. She oversees Northridge policy, operations and delivery in response to the evolving motor finance redress landscape.

Jen joined Northridge from the wider Bank of Ireland Group, where she has led major data migration, transformation, and remediation programmes across the UK business since 2024. She has previously held a range of change and technology roles across banking, insurance and pensions.
