MSP Capital appointed Charlotte Downing as head of commercial performance to help build a £750m loan book by 2030.

In her new role, Charlotte helps drive the firm’s growth by applying data and insight to support decision-making, advise on effective sales activities and identify business opportunities.

Joining most recently from a head of operations role at Triple Point, Charlotte brings experience across asset finance and alternative lending.

Charlotte sits on the Leasing Foundation Board and co-leads The Network, a community supporting women across the asset finance and alternative lending sectors.
