Andrea has over 26 years of experience in asset finance, having started her career at Haydock Finance in 1997, at a time when the company was primarily focused on motor finance.

In 2010, Andrea expanded her expertise by moving to Academy Leasing, an independent brokerage, where she gained a deeper understanding of the intermediary side of asset finance before returning to Haydock in 2014.

Drawing on extensive expertise across the business and a deep understanding of the industry, Andrea has played a key role in expanding and strengthening the broker partner network while leading the Broker Sales Division.

In her new role as Sales Director, Andrea will provide strategic leadership across the sales function and help to drive Haydock's long-term growth ambitions.
