I have spent thirty years in financial services, over a decade at Board level. I care about building organisations that work well: commercially, culturally, and for the people in them.

For the past seven years I served as Joint Managing Director of what became BPCE Equipment Solutions UK Ltd, a regulated, bank-owned equipment finance business. The company operated as Société Générale Equipment Finance (SGEF) for the majority of my tenure, before being acquired by Groupe BPCE. My association with the business spans nearly twenty years in total, during which I progressed from Head of High Tech through Operations Director to Joint Managing Director. With full P&L accountability for a cross-border business, I led a direct team of 100+ within an organisation of over 220 people, through significant transformation: rebuilding leadership, reshaping culture and driving sustained performance. New business grew at 13% CAGR over the period 2020 to 2023, cost/income held below 40%, and return on equity consistently exceeded 15%. I am FCA approved at SMF1 and SMF3 level.

Alongside executive leadership, I have served across risk, audit, credit and remuneration committees. As a serving Magistrate on the West London Bench, I bring independent, evidence-based judgement into everything I do. I am now actively seeking NED and Trustee appointments, particularly in financial services, housing or purpose-driven organisations, where I can offer genuine strategic challenge, financial oversight and sector experience.

Earlier in my career I built and ran high-performing sales and operations teams, including £100m+ annual volumes as Head of High Tech. I completed leadership programmes at McGill University and INSEAD, and spent twenty years working within French banking institutions, with close day-to-day collaboration with colleagues across France and fourteen other countries.
