Paul joined Intrum and became a GMT member from the acquisition of Ophelos in October 2023. He is co-founder and the COO for Ophelos. Prior to starting Ophelos, Paul has been an executive leader offering more than 20 years of experience in senior management, sales and consultancy for IBM and Natwest.

Most recently he held positions as Head of IBM Watson Europe (AI and Intelligence), and Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, IBM Europe. He holds a BSc degree from the University of Surrey, UK in Business.
