As UK & IRL Sales & Strategy Director, my job involves planning and implementing a new sales strategy for UKI and building a new sales team. There is lots of daily interaction with key teams across the business, both UK and International as well as meeting with our key customers and partners to strengthen and build relationships.
There is also lots of hands on work with my team in the UK; providing strategy and direction, helping solve problems for customers and partners, customer negotiations, closing deals and a fair bit of number crunching! I am also heavily involved in the integration of our products and services business (Trams) into the financing side of the business and am looking to grow the number of International deals we work on, alongside our International leadership team.
Since my role involves multiple responsibilities it means everyday is fun, albeit with challenges, varied and interesting!
