Sandeep has a broad range of experience in structuring and executing (including commercial and legal negotiations) complex transactions across geographies in Speciality Finance (SME & Consumer Finance), Fund Finance, and Acquisition Finance.

In his past roles as Director in Structured Finance Group at Santander Bank & Clydesdale Bank, Sandeep has led Growth Strategy to increase banks’ footprint in the financial services space.

He qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) with KPMG FS Deal Advisory team and has also worked with Grant Thornton FS Corporate Finance.

He is also a CFA III candidate.
