John Phillipou is the Managing Director – SME Lending for Paragon Bank plc. He is also the Deputy Chair of the Finance and Leasing Association’s Asset Finance Division and the UK board representative on the Leaseurope association. 

John has worked in Commercial Lending for over 25 years and has widespread experience in UK, Europe and many other international regions.

Within Paragon, the division covers Asset Finance, Invoice Finance, a national broker business, a professions loan company and a municipal vehicle contract hire company.
