Andy has over 30 years experience in the automotive sector and has held a variety of very senior roles in both the OEM and dealer parts of the industry.

He was UK Sales Director for Land Rover before joining Lookers plc and sat on the Board for 18 years, the last 6 as CEO.

Lookers grew to be the second largest dealer group in the UK whilst undergoing a strategic restructuring of the brand portfolio alongside developing an award winning and respected culture based on high staff engagement.
