Fiona is Director of Consumer & Mortgage Finance and Inclusion at the FLA.

She heads up the Consumer Finance Division, whose members provide over a third of consumer credit in the UK. Fiona qualified as a barrister and is responsible for the FLA’s work on responsible lending, forbearance, FCA regulation and diversity and inclusion.

Previous roles include senior lawyer at the Council of Mortgage Lenders and Chief Executive of the Council of Property Search Organisations.
